Funny you should post this Marc.
I have alot of 2.0 sites now and none of them work with posterous.
I found one that did last night, blog.com.
I started autoposting with posterous and they banned my blog.
there are some paid services out there but I cant find anything that does it for free.
Yes for the most part it is all manual.
I have the few things that work through posterous.
I have rss graffiti that posts my posterous stuff to my facebook page.
Just last week I added a tumblr and posterous rss feed to a one 2.0 blog and psoterous rss to another 2.0 blog.
I', not so sure google will find the links though.
Yes, posterous worked with blogger.com. But the minute I started using it they banned my blog.

Having the same problem, but, the next best thing is to post by email. you can by addressing your email:
username+pin@post.livejournal.com
(you must include the + symbol)
you can see my post by email to Live Journal at www.pipelighters.net
I'm finding that several of the blogging accounts do not allow autoposting from posterous. So, I'm trying to do the next best thing. I'm emailing to posterous for those that do, and forwarding the email to the others that don't (but allow post by email). Of course, you have to remove the email forwarding info you don't want included in your post.
Hope this help
Okay...
I'm just getting into this. I was excited about using Posterous...but now I'm thinking it's somewhat useless. The only thing I got it to connect to was Twitter and Blogger.Com. I'm not sure it's much of an advantage to use considering the following:
1. I'm not sure I want to use Posterous with Twitter. I use Twitter a bit differently (hashtags, etc.) and don't want to confuse things...
2. Posterous won't connect to my Facebook Page
3. Posterous isn't compatible with Xanga
4. Posterous isn't compatible with Identi.ca
5. Posterous won't connect to Tumblr
Does anyone have any thoughts?
