    Newbie could do with HELP

Hi everyone I have tried asking for some help on twitter and sent a tweet to people there with no reply
just want to know is it better to ask questions here as the people I have tried to contact on twitter
also have had part to play in forming the challenge modules thought it might be better asking directly to the person that made that part for assistance ???
I know they may be busy people thats why I post this here

    Hello Brian and welcome!

Yes, it is better to ask your questions here as that is the express purpose of these forums, to provide help for Challengers, so ask away!

ok first up thank you for replying . I have know Idea of your experience with the Challenge or as a Internet marketer, so hope you don't mind helping every now and then
so far I have come across two things in the pre challenge part of the module,s and have been able to find my way around the Issues
    1. was after you click the link to join twitter the page displayed is different from the video describing everything
2 also found a slight issue with getting Market Samurai ( still in progress of watching training videos of this )
also tried to tweet to the people that were involved in making these videos in the pre challenge part to let them know so that further Newbies find it easier No replies though I expect they may be busy people ( high potential to give up if things don't work as described in Videos )
also is it a good idea to share E-mail address on here ( your thoughts Please )
    Regards Brian G

after you click the link to join twitter the page displayed is different from the video describing everything

You will find from time to time that sites and services used in The Challenge videos have made changes since the videos were produced and for the most part the changes are not really significant.

I expect they may be busy people

No question about it as they are all working marketers with large businesses to maintain and build. The Challenge is just one of very many projects they all have.

high potential to give up if things don't work as described in Videos

I understand your concern, but my experience as a marketer makes me say that anyone who gives up that easily is wasting their time in The Challenge anyway. Trust me, you need to be stronger stuff than that to make it as a marketer.

Hi Dean . Another problem has come up
this one is with Market Samurai
the problem after entering a word to market samurai . I then click the Generate Keyword tab> what I am getting is a message that says Configuration of your adwords account appears to be incomplete please log in manually and complete the sign up process.
I have done this several times . have even tried making a new e-mail account ,new google adwords account, changed market samurai to suit for the changed e-mail and still get the same thing
now stuck ( is there another tool or method we can do the keyword part ) or a way to fix this problem
I have tried looking in the forum and seems others also having problems with market samurai
    hope you can help

I'm afraid I'm simply not qualified to do Market Samurai support, but they have their own support area, including forums.
