Thumbs down stuck on module one day 4

oh well was all going too smooth i suppose ... again market samurai is failing in doing what its supposed to do .. when i try and analyse the SEOC data and use the filters (30000) MS does either 2 things ... 1) just shows in the results my initial keyword only ( which happens the most ) or 2) just dont apply the filter of 30000 at all . now i know MS support aint done from the forum .. and i am a noob so dont fancy days and days or backward and forward to MS support ( due to now knowing prob enough jargon to explain or argue the point ) so my question is .... is there another piece of software i can use instead of MS to allow me to continue with the course ?? oh i better add im a mac user

p.s i am using a MS beta version ( the free option ) .... is the paid version more reliable ??

From your description, it kind of sounds like nothing is wrong. Try this - set market Samurai to NO FILTERS and see what results you get. Sort by SEOC and see if there really are any keywords with less than 30K SEOC. If not, then you would expect everything to go away except for your initial target keywords once you apply the filters.

Here are my tips for keyword research.

There is no difference. The trial version is the same as the paid version.

    Google is your friend.

It is probably the combination of Challenge filters that is eliminating your keywords and not just the SEOC. It's very common, especially if you allow one word keywords.

You'll definitely get the best results if you guide MS into areas you think it should go. Gold miners don't drill randomly and neither should you.

I experienced the same. Removed the Challenge filter, but the SEOCs do not display It only returned the one item for the seed keyword. could it be a technical glitch?
