SEOC - Google Versus Market Samurai

Hi !! This is about the Market Research .

Market Samurai and Google (when typing "KW" in google) are not giving the same SEOC .

For one of the KW i want to build a new site, MS is giving me something like: 15 000 BUT Google, my dear friend google is giving me 17 000 000 competitors!!!!

Any explanation? suggestion? recommendation?
