phrase match or exact match for anchor text

    Hello

Do you think using phrase match can help, and improve ranking as much as exact match?

here is an article about that:

Should i focus on exact match to really improve my ranking on a particular KW?

maybe using both is best practice

for high PR BL do you recommend exact or phrase?

    thank you

It depends. For low level links like social bookmarks and the like, I use keyword anchors. For higher level links that a person might see like on Squidoo, I use more descriptive people friendly anchors that include my keywords.
