I cant find a good keyword.
Hello.
I have seen the find keywords videos 5 times not and I still have trouble finding a good keyword, and three is just a dream so far...
What am I doing wrong. I try to start with a seed keyword like a marked keyword. and the select on of the generated keywords that I think I can do something with and generate new keywords. I feel like most if the new keywords are the same as the first run. Have I missed some settings?
Also after analyzing them I usually end up with none that matches the challenge criteria or 3-4 totaly unrelated keywords. And if I'm lucky one of them have one green line in the SEO competition matrix.
Any tisp? any other videos to look at? Would love if someone would share some info on how you found your keyword. Dont post the keywords here, but how you found it would be great.
Thanks

It may not seem like it but there are many good keywords still out there and sometimes the problem is narrowing your focus too early. The best approach I have seen to searching came from Dean Richards one of the forum moderators here. Many (including myself) have found this way very practical - You can read about his process here http://thechallengecompanion.blogspo...r-keyword.html

Thanks for the fast reply and the link.
I have skimmed the article before but will read it good this time.
One follow up question: I have found a OK theme keyword now with some OK category keywords. Do I need to check them all in the SEO competition tool i MS and get a green line on all of them? or just the theme keyword?
Thanks

Endre it's only the the theme keyword that needs to meet the one green line matrix rule. The category keywords just have to meet the 80/15/30000 traffic rule to be eligible.
