Designating your Theme Keyword

If you have a bunch of related keyword phrases you want to use, how do you pick the "theme keyword"? This is the one our domain name should include(according to Mod 2, Day 1).

Should I try all of my keywords in the MS domain module and use whichever one I can get the highest keyword-domain-density with as my theme keyword? Or should it be the one with the best SEO matrix opportunity? What are your guys' thoughts on this?

I try to pick the one that seems over all as the best opportunity. Certainly SEOT and SEOC are my main considerations, with domain density less important.
