How is this possible, clicks everyday?

So i've got this site for over a year now, and once or twice a month someone would click on my adsense banners. But since 20 days ago people from different countries are clicking on the advertisemets every single day and i haven't changed any settings on adsense. The traffic is still the same.

So my question is how is it possible that suddenly i get clicks every day, did adsense change something (better targeting or so)?

Have you checked your analytics to see if your traffic numbers have improved. Have you maybe improved your position in Googles search engine rankings and you may have more visitors seeing your site. One way to check is go to your Adsense reports and see if there has been a spike in page views (impressions). There are a few possible reasons but you need to get more traffic information etc to go beyond a guess.

Hi Bill, thanks for responding, but like I said in the openings post my traffic has not changed, neither did my ranking position

Maybe some of your traffic is coming from a new place/people that have developed more of an interest in your topic - might be worth checking to see if you get a lot of traffic from one locale - you may be getting a lot of the clicks from one particular group - so even though the traffic numbers are the same those that arrive at your site are more actively interested in the product.

Perhaps your site has been embedded in Facebook or you are getting clicks from videos you posted.
