    SEO Comp. Module: Non-numbered webpages?

While using the SEO Competition module in Market Samurai as instructed, I encountered this problem: Normally a list of webpages appears and they are numbered 1-10 (on the left hand side). For one particular keyword, a number of webpages are displayed differently. The first 6 pages have no numbers assigned to them, and the next eight webpages are numbered 1-8. These unnumbered pages are all links to images. How should I interpret these pages for the purposes of the Challenge?

And another question. In the SEO Competition module sometimes the BLP column will be yellow when there are only like 173 backlinks. I thought the BLP column was supposed to be yellow only after 200 or more backlinks (as described in module 1 of the challenge)? Is there a way to assign custom number values to the colors? Why is this yellow?

    Thanks

Ignore them and look at the numbered websites as your true competition, but be aware that images also obviously get a lot of attention from searchers and include them in your design.

The colors of boxes are determined by more than the value of the box alone. This is why we can use so few columns to make our assessment, because we know the colors are automatically including relevant factors.

Is there a way of leaving them out of the MS results?
Because of image results, I can only examine the top 3 websites instead of the top 10. It seems that MS returns strictly the first 10 results, whether they're websites, images or other items (for other items it just doesn't display them, but they still take up one 'slot' in the top 10).

We get what Google gives us. You can search for other tools for specific information and you can manually search for incoming links. Marketing is a game of adaptation and sometimes you get forced into it... usually by Google.
