Market Samurai download problems?

Hi there,
Is anyone else having Market Samurai download problems? I complete the infomation they require, get the "check your email in 10 mins" and then nothing......help!

I'd give it an hour or two as there may be issues due to high load on the servers during launch. If still nothing, check with Market Samurai support -- they'll be the best people to help you:

Did that (contacted support) also last night (14 hours ago now) and still nothing..... maybe they are flat out, however just wondering if I am the only one??

Mandy the guys at Market Samurai are usually very quick but it's been our Sat night / Sunday morning over here and those guys will be swamped with all the download issues so maybe give it another day as you are almost certainly not alone with your problems

Hi Tawk,
Had the same issue. After sending Market Samurai and email, I did some missing around and found a way to fix my problem. I try to get the free trial again, but it said that there was already one for my email address. If this is the same for you, try this...Go to the Market Samurai, Click on the SUPPORT tab, Click on LOG IN, In the LOG IN box click Forgot your password? In the "Confirm Your Account Information" box put in your name and email address. They will send you an email with a link to reset your password. Click the link and after you reset your password, you will be able to log into your Market Samurai account. One of the first thing you will see on the Home page is an icon to download your TRIAL. I hope this helps. PS, the next day I got 3 emails from Market Samurai. Better late then never I guess

I'm experiencing the same problem... asked the question at market samurai... we'll wait and see. I'll keep you posted

Thanks for that, Kevin, I followed your instructions and it worked! Mind you I still have not had an official response from the support team and I am in Australia! I got the initial auto-response, but then nothing. No matter, it's up and running just in time!
