Tweets not coming to my phone

I have my device set up in Twitter so that tweets will come to my phone, but I have yet to get a "text". I looked at my home page and the people that I am following are actively tweeting, but nothing is coming through.

I can post tweets from my phone, but not receive them.

Any tips?

Have you activated the cell phone icon next to each user's name?

That was the problem. I figured it was something simple as that, but for the life of me I couldn't figure it out on my own.

Durn technology gets me every time!!!!
