Ok. It's $2 really. Happened over the last few days. I'm trying not to check my Adsense account a billion times a day (LOL)!
I dunno....not sure if I should be tweaking something to increase my click thru rate. Or letting things be and just continue adding content and back links.

I vote for continuing to add content and back links! By adding content and backlinks, you build authority which leads to better rankings which leads to more traffic and more traffic = more money!
Remember, the goal isn't to make money from Adsense, the goal is to become a market leader and you don't do that by sending people to other sites. It's great that you've made your first dollar, but Adsense is peanuts compared to the money you can make with a top-ranking site offering your own products. So it's a good step in the right direction, but don't let it distract you from doing the things that will lead to serious money.
You're right Dean. I don't want to get ahead of myself.
I have enough on my plate trying to move up the SERPS. I can only imagine how much better it'll be when I'm in the top few slots for my keyword. I've been stubbornly sitting at #5 for a few weeks now. The number one slot has a handful of backlinks and 1 article!

I did remove your screen shot. Adsense terms of service are not to publicize your Adsense earnings.
I do require a screen shot showing them - that is for private viewing, it goes no further. And I would need to see that it is clearly attributed to your website, as well as a link to that, the theme keyword phrase you target. And also proof that it is a Challenge 2010 website. All easy to provide

Congrats on the first $ Shelli! I used Tiny Pic.. www.tinypic.com to upload my Adsense page to pass along to Caro a few days back. You can upload a screenshot temporarily to the internet and then attach it as a URL.
