Well, first you have to get a photo of the bulb and set all the Alt text to "change" and then write an article about it for your blog and mention "change lightbulb" as much as possible and use that phrase, and then if the Google PR Toolbar tool says you have enough link juice you can afford some to give to the guy actually doing the work but don't link to him because you'll leak juice and the best thing is to go to a light bulb farm where everyone talks about changing everyone else's lightbulbs ... oh wait, we have Google Instant now -- it's auto-changed. Nevermind!
