Thanks helenron! Along with ElizabethS, this post also helped me with FB and Posterous.

I feel better that I'm not the only one having a problem with the FB Page issue. I get the same notice as cuponlew and when I click the button I get a "broken link" message.

    Hi Natasha,
To watch the video for facebook page setup, visit Module 3, Day 4. Watch the 4th video entitled "Add sites to posterous".
    Hope this helps.

So I have a quick question. I'm stuck at the first option of the FB page creation. lol. I don't know whether to pick "Local Business" or "Brand, Product or Organization". What would you guys suggest? Thanks for all the help so far. This is a great thread.

    Joe,

I recommend "Brand, Product or Organization." Others may have a different take, but unless you have a brick and mortar business with a physical location, business hours, phone number, etc., you're better off with the "Brand" page.

Question Could you use both types of fb pages?

Assuming someone does in fact have a physical business, would it be beneficial (traffic wise) to create both types?

Could one be local business specific and the other be product/ service specific?

I suppose you could, if you want to, but that's double the work because you'll have to be updating two pages instead of one. Really, the only difference between the two types of pages is the information that you'll be putting on your "info" tab once the page is created. The local business allows you to input business hours, location, etc. So if you do have a physical business, I'd do the "local" page. You can always create a new tab on your Facebook Page to talk about your products and services as if you were a brand/organization.

If you'd still like some additional info on FB pages, please PM me privately. I can make a couple of recommendations. Both are paid products, so I don't want to post them publicly in the forum.
