I came across this at Mashable http://mashable.com/twitterlists/

They have a directory of influential tweeters and twitter lists.

There are probably lots of resources for determining who's who in the zoo, but I found this one particularly useful for my niche.

Now all I have to do is to get onto the list and get followed !!!
