found 2 great theme KWs can I use em both?

Found 2 great theme KWs IN THE SAME MICRO NICHE.
They are both general enough to include all the category KWs.
    They both pass the criteria.
I want to get a domain for both of them.
(So I will have 2 websites)
    Is this OK.
What are the pros and cons
    and the bottom line?

    Go for it!

I see no reason why not. If you find that you are too overwhelmed getting both of them off the ground, there is no harm in letting one lie fallow for a while and then picking it up again in a few months when the other is established.

I've currently got 4 Challenge sites going...
Those weeks off with new ideas popping into my head and Market Samurai at my fingertips to let me research the niche and check competition are killing me, lol...

Follow along with the Challenge in the on week for one site and develop the other site in the off week. But as mentioned only take on what you can comfortably manage. Make sure you are at least completing the necessary tasks for at least one of the sites. Unless you want to "push the envelope"

I am in the same position as Carrie in that I have 4 new Challenge sites. 1 is my working model and the other 3 were products of the "off" weeks but still works in progress.

I think I am addicted to market research

STOP! Remember, this means you're going to have to rack your brains for articles on each of the keywords for double the output - meaning you're spreading your creativity too thin, imho. Maybe it will work for a month or two, but after that... I would choose the one with the best domain available and use the other one as a category keyword. In fact, I've done that myself.

Damn I left out an important fact (but it appears it may be understood)
Both of the themes are in the SAME micro niche.
They are both general enough to include all the keywords under them.
Thanks for the input thus far.

If they're in the same micro niche I'd hold off on creating both.
We're supposed to be testing niches - you may find out that this niche blows and the money/time/effort you spent on that 2nd site was totally wasted.
Then again, you could sell the 2nd site on Flippa later if that's the case. *shrug*
I have one site where I found 2 other complete themes that go along with the same niche, but I'm holding off on building them until I see if the published site takes off. If it does, I'll go ahead and build out the other two themes and try to literally dominate the search results for that niche, plus funnelling the traffic from 3 sites towards the same product.

My 4 sites that I'm working on are not only in completely different micro niches, they're in completely different markets. So no worries coming up with content.
Like Luke (hey fellow research addict!) I make sure my "main" Challenge site follows along with the lessons daily. The other 3 I follow along if I have time, if not they just fall behind a day or two, no big deal. If worse comes to worse, I always have the 7 day break to catch them up.

    I applaud enthusiasm and dedication.

Remember - this is about testing a keyword phrase for viability. It's not about jumping ahead and setting up a new business in a niche - as when we test we might find that the traffic is not there.

If you do want to go ahead and test more than one keyword phrase - I would be suggesting you test in different micro niches. But only if you have the time and energy to do it, and it wont reduce the effort and quality of any of the content we get you to create.

    Best
