Why in Google search does my title show as "Categories"?

Hello all. When I google search my theme keyword I can find my site, but it has as a title
    Categories
I have checked and rechecked and as far as I can tell I have included a proper title in WPD so why doesn`t it show in the google search Why does it show the word "Categories" as my title

I also noticed that in MS, it says I my description is not optimized for my keyword phrase. I first made a post and then remembered that the video said to be sure and go into Website settings and add a description. So I did this after making the first posting... however after doing so, WPD said update was successful and complete. So why doesn`t it show in MS as Y for keyword optimized description?

    Hi ya Mark,

I typed into the Search box on the top right the phrase: Title show as Categories

    And I found this: http://challenge.co/forum/showthread...ght=categories

    It took me 30 seconds.

We ask that everyone here searches before posting. Here's a link to the forum rules again: http://challenge.co/forum/showthread...ge-Forum-Rules

There were other threads as well - so I'll leave it for you to hunt them out. This is a question that's come up a few times

You need to go into your WP Admin (NOT WPD) and look at a plug-in named Head Space. From there you can edit the title and description of pages individually.

Look around the forum for more info, I know its been asked before.

Hey mmeadwolfe, thanks for the response. Actually I followed the thread Caro recommended and ended up finding "All in one SEO Pack"... which I understand does the same thing as "Head Space" and I enabled it. But after doing so, I couldn`t find anywhere to update meta tags as was suggested in that thread.

I have looked in every section and thus far found nothing. If you could tell me where to look it would be great. Would love to fix the problem. I noticed that in my search I moved up onto page 3 of the search, but it is still showing Categories for my title. Also, MS is showing that my description does not have my keyword phrase in it even though it does. I have went into "manage settings" and checked and rechecked it. In my account it shows the description and other things to be successfully updated with the correct stuff. It shows All in one SEO Pack as enabled and working, but I still can`t find any place to change or add meta tags or change title or any thing like that other then in manage settings which as I said... shows the correct info and says is successfully updated.

    Any idea`s?
