I did a search and seen a little info, but not sure it pertains to me.. I am not indexed yet by Google. If I type in site:mydomain.com it shows that it is not active. My Google analytics are working fine (Not sure they have much to do with each other) Should I be worried yet? been about 2 days and I used WPD and have an article and am caught up with the challenge...

This can happen.

I would give it a little more time, and practice writing some more articles.

You could also check your analytics stats to see if the bots have spidered your site yet.
if so than something should (no guarantees) soon surface.

It is quite normal for it to take a while to get indexed. Some people get indexed almost by 'accident', other times it may take even up to 10 days! Ugh!

And this has nothing to do with how experienced you are, or not. It is sometimes luck of the draw.

We recommend that you use Traffic Bug to assist with increasing the chances of getting indexed more quickly - it is an automated service, so it creates Social Bookmarks for you to help you get recognized by Google more quickly.

If that is not for you - then it is about manually getting yourself socially bookmarked etc to do so - so spending a couple of hours doing it for yourself.

I noticed I just got indexed this evening...used traffic bug yesterday early afternoon. It will happen...I certainly didn't get the insta-indexing some reported as soon as they thought about making their blog live!

Don't panic guys!
It's just kinda the natural order of things!

Sit back and let TB take care of it....it's going to happen very soon and in the end a few days won't make a big
difference in your marketing plan.
