problem with wpd edit image properties

I can't get wpd to save changes I make in image properties. I select the image icon, then in the insert/edit image menu I type in the changes and select update. The change happens, so I then save post. When I check my site there is no change. I go back to wpd, check the image and the changes did not apply.

I would suggest that's a question for the WPD support team. In the meantime, try logging in to your dashboard by going to youwebsite.com/wp-admin and using your login details for that site as set up in WPD (usually username: admin and the password you created). Go to posts and edit the one in question. If that doesn't update properly it may be a theme coding issue.

Already tried that with the same results. Also been waiting on wpd supports answer for 2 days. I had this same issue last year and ended up just taking the images out. Thought maybe someone here might have an answer.

Hmmm, sounds like a theme issue then, although it's odd that you had the same issue last year. Hang on in there for WPD to get back to you.
